Position: Aircraft Maintenance Technician

We are looking to fill full time, permanent, hourly positions at our corporate headquarters in Bennington, Vermont. Featuring a newly constructed facility including a 125’ x125’ hangar, parts room, avionics and component shops, AirNow offers the right individuals a challenging and rewarding work environment, and our Vermont location offers a unique quality of life experience.

Qualifications:

• A& P licenses; 2 years experience, preferred but not a pre-requisite
• Team and detail oriented
• Ability to work overtime and take occasional field trips
• Read and interpret manual & diagrams
• Posses own tools
• Ability to operate powered machinery

• Day shift work schedule; involving just one weekend day
• Acquire valuable experience by working on all aircraft systems
• Work closely with management in the decision making process
• Field work experience
• Continuing education and advancement opportunities
• Flight time building opportunities, if pilot qualified
